For the past 30+ years, Dave Smith's training ground has been the road courses of Sears Point Raceway, Laguna Seca, Daytona, Circuit of the Americas (COTA), and Thunderhill Raceway Park, and more. His motorsports career has encompassed racing, coaching, working as a CART Indy Lights Chief Mechanic, Hollywood stunt driver, and Indy 500 Lead Mechanic, and over the wall tire change.

Dave has taught at the Jim Russell Racing School, the Audi Sportscar Driving Experience, and the Sears Point Racing Experience. As a driver and coach, Dave has worked with superstar motorsports drivers including Greg Pickett, Joey Logano, Scott Pruett, J.J. Yeley, and Boris Said.

Dave's diverse road course experience as a competitor includes Skip Barber Saab Pro Series, Skip Barber West Coast Formula Ford, NASCAR K&N Pro Series, American Le Mans Series, Ferrari Challenge North America, Patron Porsche GT3 Cup, Toyota Atlantic, Daytona Prototype, Jaguar Simola Hillclimb, and six times in the 25 Hours of Thunderhill. Off-Road truck competition has included the SCORE Baja 1000 , Tonopah 250. Dave is an accomplished motorcycle dirt rider and competed in the world off-road racing championship series.

Kai Goddard

Professional Driver

Kai has over 24 years of auto racing, testing, development, marketing, driving events, coaching, precision driving, and high-performance driving experience. His racing background ranges from SCCA Formula Vee, Improved Touring Car and American Sedan to Factory Stocks, Short Track Racing, PBOC Racing, and NASA Pro Racing, wherein 2005, 2010, 2011, and 2013 he raced in the prestigious USAF 25 Hours of Thunderhill. In May of 2017, 2018, and 2019 Kai competed in the Jaguar Simola Hillclimb in Knysna, South Africa, in a Saleen V8 Masters Mustang. True to form and always chasing new adventures in racing. Kai has also competed in the Best in the Desert 2017 Tonopah 250 and 2018 Mint 400, behind a TrophyLite race truck's wheel.

With instructing experience including KGM, Skip Barber Driving School, SCCA National, Inde Motorsports Ranch, Porsche Club of America, Ferrari Club of America, BMW Car Club of America, Chevrolet Rev It Up, and the Mercedes AMG Driving Academy, Kai's coaching exhibits speed, consistency, and versatility.

Tony is a third-generation race car driver. Coming from a family steeped in racing heritage, Tony is no stranger to hard work and commitment to excellence. With a racing career that started at the age of five, and earning over 10 championships in addition to numerous race wins, Tony has a long-standing resume of success driving everything from Formula Cars on road courses, NASCAR stock cars on super speedways to high horsepower Sprint Cars and Midgets on dirt ovals. Tony’s impressive USAC success is second on the All-Time win list of USAC Championships to legendary driver AJ Foyt.

Erich comes from 25+ years of business ownership. His background includes the role of crew chief for a USAC national midget winning team. He has an extensive background in operations and project management. His core belief is that business success comes from serving clients with integrity and their best interest foremost.
